Actually I rather liked MS-DOS, although its lack of multitasking was something of a limitation. I am considering looking into DR-DOS, and I see that it can be bought from Lineo. I am not an expert in these things. Does anyone know if it is possible for DR-DOS and Windows to co-exist on one machine, and if so if it is possible to specify which one wants to boot up? (And if so, how does one do that?) To be honest, about all I really use Windows for as such is to run a web browser and a basic(!) word processor. For email (which I use heavily) I simply run a terminal emulator to dial into a unix shell account. Thanks very much. -- Paul mailto:bartlett AT smart DOT net .......................................................... Paul O. Bartlett, P.O.
