It does mention a message that says that it may not work. But, there was a show stopper at one time that would - as far as I remember - abort the Windows install/upgrade half way through. This left your previous version of Windows inoperable, as well as not completing the installation of the new version. I think it happened during Novell's tenure and recall a message on the CompuServe forum saying DO NOT upgrade to Windows 3xx! A couple of weeks later - maybe less - they posted a patch (like the one we all waited for foe Win9x) that fixed that and a few other things at the same time. Thanks anyway.
