Why aren't they choosing to progress and grow into something a little more modern? Victoria Telecommunity Network, the first of its kind in Canada, is about to roll out PPP graphical access as part of its service. The old text-only dial-up will be maintained in perpetuity, however, and this is just a way of expanding what the system is capable of and keeping it relevant to those who want graphical access.
