My old, OpenDOS 7.0x (licensed) equipped laptop died and its replacement came with Windoze 95 (c). Though I'd be happier without Win95 than I am with it, I'm disinclined to simply reformat. Does anyone have any detailed suggestions on how I could install OpenDOS and be able boot from MSD0S7 or OpenDOS7 at will? Also, is OpenDOS FAT32 friendly? How about DR-DOS 7.0x? Thanks in advance! Cordially, Richard Kanarek Off Topic: Does anyone know of a way to get a Real Mode DOS prompt with DOS7? I was keen to start tinkering with protected mode, assembly language programming, but I believe the CPU is already in protected mode by the time I get to the MSDOS7 prompt.
