 I cannot stress strongly enough that this method should be used
only as a very, very, last-resort.
The slightest mistake will destroy all data on the entire drive.
After this destruction, it's gone-for-good. No way to get it back, ever.

 As I recall, your original message outlined what your partition table
is 'supposed to' look like. As a "last-ditch-effort", use Linux Fdisk
to delete "all" partitions. That's right, all of them.
(don't write the new table after deleting the partitions).
While still in Linux Fdisk, recreate the partition table "exactly" as
it was before.

Again, be very careful:
The slightest mistake will destroy all data on the entire drive.
