I don't remember the exact sequence of things, but there is a white paper on it at novell's site. (I used it about 8 years ago when I was setting up a network so I could have multi-node on my bbs) But I think the way it needs to work, is to load the network before you run the mscdex.exe driver (or nwcdex in this case) Then the network will see the drive, and be able to share it.
