However, you can either try MS-DOS 6.22 KEYB on DR-DOS using SETVER KEYB 6.22 (though the driver consumes much more memory, cannot be loaded into the HMA, and might - in rare cases - cause some trouble with caches and rebooting). You can also try Axel s and mine FreeKEYB driver (formerly known as K3PLUS), which supports the two-handed Dvorak layout (at least for US keyboard mapping). FreeKEYB will also give you an endless list of other (unrelated) goodies at minimal memory footprint. Left- and right- handed Dvorak layouts and a provision to use them in conjunction with different localized layouts are under development, but please ask Axel C. Frinke for details, as he currently maintains this project (see our web- pages below for details). He ll send you a current alpha version of our driver. Eventually (hopefully later this year) FreeKEYB will be published as Freeware with full sources, and probably will become part of FreeDOS.
