Precedence: bulk Hi Chad, The XT does think that it is a #360 drive and the drive is the one you sent me. Since the drive seems to be in working order and since the computer works when I place the old 5.25 back into the slot I am thinking that it is a config problem. In this older computer there is no config screen so I must have to do something in the config file I think to get the computer to acknowledge the drive as #720. The drivparm line I used was the one listed below in your reply. BTW, have you a source for those old Zeneth Super Sport laptops? I've been trying to find one hopefully #386 but will settle for less but cannot locate any in dealers used inventories? Thanks for any suggestions, Mark On 1998-06-12 fernande AT internet1 DOT net said: >>I am hoping to configure a #720 drive to work where a 360K drive >>was previously however have had no success with the drivparm >>command.
