Where can I locate the multitasking API if it exists? Will the > API work with Borland C++ V3.1? DR-DOS fully supports pre-emptive multitasking & multithreading. You can find the API on Caldera's webpage at www.caldera.com, but also on the DR-DOS 7.02 CD-ROM, and in the OEM packs. It's just an API, so it will work from within any DOS programming language if you make the proper calls. > Does Opendos support Tenburry's 16 bit Dosextender? Usually yes, but I don't know this extender. If you have some applications already, just try to run them under DR-DOS (you may need to fiddle with EMM386' DPMI and PIC settings to get some DOS extenders to run, also some don't allow for being in V86 mode at all, so you have to omit loading EMM386 - however, you won't have multitasking capabilities then).
