Unfortunately it seems to only in German, which I do not speak. The website is in English which is rather confusing. Hopefully an English version will be developed (or maybe I just haven't found it), because it has a desktop and shortcuts like win95 and a file manager that is better than the Win3.11 FileManager. On my 386 it starts up almost instantly, particularly the file manager. Doesn't seem to like the mono display on my 386 laptop though (scrollbars refuse to display properly). And it is freeware. http://www.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/~fritter/Desktop.html Also someone was asking for the New Deal Office address: http://www.newdeal.org. Haven't checked the site out myself though.
