  Hello Jude,
     I got a little lost in what was happening?  I installed 702 over 701
and have found it to respond simularly with the emm386 still at times
causing total crashing. What I have determined that for some reason I cannot
have the "high" command for the files or fcbs and also
is that when I have the fileshigh or fcbshigh used in the config a
emm386 error is always made when trying to enter W31.  This is the time it
happens most frequently so I leave them not loaded high.
