Hm, AFAIK such an option was planned for Novell DOS MODE, but has been stripped out before the release because some of the system s utilitities had problems in 132 modes (132 rows are out of the range of standard modes, so there might be differences in hardware implementation). However, there s hope, that such an option will eventually show up in the future. Most SVGA cards ship with a driver/utilities disk, which probably contains a mode switching program for your hardware. Usually it s named SMODE, DMODE, EMODE, or VMODE, but other names are possible. If you find such a program just use it instead of MODE. Of course, you can also write a tiny program, which allows you to select any video-mode (this will work for most SVGAs, if you know the approciate mode numbers). (E.g. search for SETMODE etc. in the Internet.) Matthias ------------------------------------------------------------ Matthias Paul eMail: Web: http://www.rhrz.uni-bonn.de/~uzs180/mpdokeng.html
