Is it a PCI device? 7.02 beta 1 and 2 have a bug in the year2000 support that trashes the flags on int 1a, causing problems with certain PCI devices. It should be fixed with the Full Release, which is out now. We don't know if it is really fixed because we can't reproduce the problem.
