I to am new to the list but may have some input on multiple O/S


No mention has been made of SYSTEM COMMANDER this great little programme allows not only multiple O/S`s (OpenDos, IBM, Dos 6.22, Win 95, OS2, Win NT ect)to co exist on one partition but also supports variations of each O/S such as Windows 95 normal, OpenDos normal and Windows 95 Quemm, OpenDos Quemm ect very much like the menu system support in Dos 6.22 and partially offered in the original Windows 95. Shame it costs so much.

Also some commands from some DOS`s are superior to others I particularly like the Edit from Windows 95 and simply placing the EDIT.COM file in these other DOS versions to replace the in built command works. This can of course be done with several other commands. Also some third party add on such as 4DOS and INK UTILITYS (Great delete command among others) also work fine with most DOS`s it is possible to tailor part of any O/S to suit.

Now if we could have the best of all the systems in one package, ah well back to sleep.
