Where exactly > does loader reside in the MBR or on the C Drive? I have parallel question. Which programm allow me make at once system partition in cross-system? I.e., I want make Win95 bootable partition under MS-DOS 6.x, but SYS.COM from Win95 not work under MS-DOS (although allow point path with system files) and vice-versa. Moreover, we can have different bootloader (at least, between MS-DOS and Win95), differnet system files names (for example, IBMBIO.COM/IBMDOS.COM and IO.SYS/MSDOS.SYS) and, for some, hard requirements to location system files in directory and on disk. What can I do?
