At the moment I don t have much info concerning MS  proprietary 
Distribution Media Format other than that the parameters are:

1,68MB: T80, N21, C4, D16, M240 (in FDFORMAT syntax)

You should be able to read them with tools from the FDFORMAT
package and maybe with Ciriaco s 2M 3.0 or 3.1. So far, I have not 
tested them with neither, DMF or IBM s XMF (Extended Media Format)
(1,84MB). 

More detailed info concerning the DMF format is most welcome...
