        drivparm = /d:0 /s:40

or, if you want simply disable working with bad "change line" pin:

        drivparm = /d:0

P.S. About comments at end of message: when I read new message, I most
probably don't remember or know contents, which discussed in message, so
quoting discussed contents _before_ answer is good point. Of coures,
overquoting is bad.
