There are several extended-format TSR utilities such as FDREAD (comes with FDFORMAT), 800II, 2M and the utility that comes with ATFMT100. FDFORMAT, BTW, can be used to create DMF-Formatted floppies. I use a combination of FDREAD, FDFORMAT and WIMAGE (also comes with FDFORMAT) in a batch file to duplicate DMF-Formatted floppies for backup purposes. All available, I believe, at http://www.simtel.net (at least FDFORMAT is, and it's freeware!).
