I know what they are, but: When I had access to those things, the only available media was those "jumbo" 250 MB tapes, and backing up that much took several hours. Now, when 4GB disks are common, that would take 16 tape changes, and about 2 days of work, using the tapes I knew. That's why I asked "how much would it cost you to backup those 20 gig in floppy tapes, and how long will it take (remember to consider tape changes).". Even if there is 2GB or 4GB tape media for the floppy interface, how long would it take to backup those 20 gigs? I know I can backup 3GB in about 2 hours in my DAT, using only one tape.
