I run a bbs under taskmgr and it works fine expect that when my users 
page me the soundcard messes up and instead of a song it is just static
coming out of the speakers..then I relized that any program i ran under
taskmgr that makes use of soundblaster always comes out as static..
how can i get it so that the task that needs the soundcard gets it and
doesn't sound all messed up?
