I use "95" when software demands but spend most of my time in 6.22 where I putz around with Batch files. For the moment I am booting ODOS from a floppy just to get some idea of what it's about. Form a Batch file prospective ODOS looks to have a lot going for it and at some future date I'd like to make it a more perminate part of my setup. Two ideas come to mind. Replace DOS6.22 as the previous O/S, with ODOS, or get me a good Boot Manager that will allow me to boot as I chose. Any Ideas on the subject? While scrounging through DOSbook I came across the Filelist function which would seem to allow one to do things to a number of files named in a text.file list. A handy tool for Batch filers and one that I can only match in DOS6.22 with the aid of a most grievous Kludge. One problem, I don't seem to be able to get it to work. Any ODOS BatRats out there had a chance to use this Filelist function? Well that's it for openers and thanks again to all for flagging me in. :L8r Larry .....In a pinch a stone ax still works.....
