While come I personally don't miss them, my little brother does, and I have been paid back by whining ever since I installed OpenDos. After all, what does a seven year old understand about DOS versions? :) Each game is a few year old, so its not like they use cutting edge techniques or use advanced hardware. I just can't understand why they would not run right. Well anyways here they are: BioMenace: Freezes when you kill an enemy Amy's Adventure 1-2-3: Graphics are not displayed right, mouse cannot move out of corner Robin Hood: Conquests of the longbow: Mouse restricted to left side of screen AD&D (two games of the series): Error message: Packed File is Corrupt Crystal Caves: Motion is choppy to the point where its too distacting and disorienting (more than before) These games worked perfectly fine on my system under: IBM DOS 6, MS-DOS 6 and MS-DOS 6.2. I have tried running them without emm386 or any other drivers by booting using the shift key, but it doesn't make any difference. My theory is that there is a bug in the graphic bios call or something. Although everything under windows seems to work fine, I still wouldn't call OpenDos 100% MS-DOS compatible. After all, slightly less than 50% of my DOS games stopped working... :) > ============================================================================= Bruce A.
