I am very much impressed by the features of Open DOS, especially, the multitasking feature. However, I've experienced a serious problem. Whenever I tried to add a task by pressing ctrl-esc and insert key, "4dos XMS swapping initialized 40KB" pops up and pressing any key causes the same message pop up continuously. FYI, I am using 4DOS v5.95a and a screen reading software called SrD, which accesses video memory directly in order to obtain textual data and gives me oral description of what's going on the screen. I will add my config.sys and autoexec.bat to the end of this mail. One more, I changed "exec=false" to "exec=true" in taskmgr.ini file. Much appreciation in advance.
