Hello, Please can some one tell me how to unsubscribe from this list?

Each time I've tryed sending the command     unsubscribe 
opendos mikegb AT samara DOT co DOT zw to Majordomo AT mail DOT tacoma DOT net,

I get a report back saying opendos no such list.

Please can someone help?
