Well, 16 bit multitasking isn't much needed IMHO, since 286 and lower don't have much multitasking potential. And why have a 32 bit singletasking kernel? If you simply want 32 bit apps, you can run them with DOS extenders, the real advantages with a 32 bit kernel is the amount of cooperation you can get between multitasking processes. Pierre Phaneuf
