I think it's Lorier that said that: "OpenDOS will be for advanced DOS/Windows users and Linux will be for advanced OpenDOS users.", how true! Imagine Linux, *almost* as powerful, not quite as many things to customize, runs DOS apps without any fuss. Did you check TSX/Lite? *This*!
