Yes, DESQview has more features than TASKMGR, but DESQview can't
run games very well if at all, also any graphical apps usually
run shitty if at all under DV.  TASKMGR runs graphical apps very
nicely without crashing.  I ran BC3.1 under TM and had 3 other
tasks with file viewers in them.  The system ran very smoothly.
Under DV, I can run BC and that's about it.  Also crashes render
the multitaskers useless.  I'd like to see the multitasker run in
Ring 0 and not let any other apps run in ring 0 unless *I* let
them.  DV lets you do this.
