Someone posted a message about an installer he wrote on the DJGPP mailing
list. It looks sorta-like what you were looking for.. Search the mail
archives, or send questions to <sigma AT ctv DOT es>

He said that he got it to install DJGPP (from the zips), and that all it
needs is some interest and a niceer UI.
