Subject: BBS Distribution of OpenDOS?

Hello All,

        Would I be in violation of any legal copyrights of Caldera if I put
the OpenDOS archive, as downloaded from Caldera's Site with accompanying
documents and FAQS, online at my BBS?  I've seen the archive on other FTP's
so is there any difference?  If you're curious as to what other sites have
it, do an FTP Search.
