At www.pts.mipt.ru , a russian company is developing PTS-DOS7, supposedly a
32-bit dos.  Not exactly open, but nearly.

Yeah.. what's the odds on some sort of Xwindows to make WINE run? :-)
Maybe build wine/wabi into the X layer..
Then perhaps we can start running some Windows programs.
