hey all.. i've made a short little opendos multiconfig proggy, intended
for use with the INSTALL command in config.sys.  it's user configurable
via a configuration file.

i will post the source and EXE once i'm finished.  i just need to know one
thing, how do you make a double-dimensioned dynamic array in c++? just
respond to me in private e-mail, i don't want to clutter the newsgroup
with technojargon
