Try dir c:\*.ini /s dir c:\*.ini /s/p dir c:\*.ini /s/p/b dir c:\*.ini /s/p/b/l FWIW, I've been told that OpenDOS uses xdir /s instead of dir /s. I don't have room to install it without deleting some stuff. Hope to have a new, bigger, faster hard disk real soon now, so I can try out OpenDOS, OpenLinux, etc. Jeff Harlow
