file does have its proper place especially on work site computers.
Sabotage of computer systems by other employees isn't rare or unknown
phenomenon in workplaces with a high competition profile.
renaming files across directories and leaving the computer in that state
can really cause some major problems.
with file at least some of the damage could be detected and
perhaps repaired.
