Try XDIR /S. And the OpenDOS equivalent of DIR /AS is XDIR +S. > one thing that's not so important, but still kind of annoying, is that a > multi-config on bootup would be nice. i had my ms-dos all configured with > several options (load everything, minimal boot, etc) and now i have to > manually go through and pick stuff to load if i want to run a > memory-intensive game. There are some multi-config options, but they are not the same as MS-DOS's. I used to have a multi-config setup with DR-DOS on my old 286, but I don't remember how I set it up. I had to use (ick) goto's and SET= commands (so that autoexec.bat would pick up on my config.sys selections and act accordingly). I'm wondering if, now that OpenDOS is getting more popular, if I should add a "Help with switching from MS-DOS" section to my web page. Anyone interested in seeing this?
