Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Sender: owner-opendos AT mail DOT tacoma DOT net Precedence: bulk We have a client who has a NetWare 3.12 LAN, around 20 workstations, all running from one server. I would like to use one of the 286's lying in their storeroom as a second file server, to do print serving only. I want to do this as a second file server instead of PSERVER.EXE because if I use PSERVER.EXE, the print serving system is still dependent on their single file server. I'd like to use OpenDOS, but am uncertain as to whether or not Personal NetWare servers can be used alongside NetWare 3.12 servers by workstations (DOS, Win3.1x, and Windows 95) on the LAN. Anybody know for sure? Jonathan E. Brickman River City Computing, Inc. (913) 232-6663 http://www.cjnetworks.com/~rivercity brickman AT cjnetworks DOT com This is life. Take it by the whip.
