CREATE /DIRECTORY [WHATEVER] or SET DEFAULT [WHATEVER] CREATE /DIRECTORY [] Boy, I sure missed "MD WHATEVER"!!!!!! I never could understand why DCL let you change to a directory that didn't exist. Didn't make much sense to me at all. I believe my syntax is correct. Either way it was frustrating. I programmed (and still have if anyone wants them) a set of utilities for making DCL closer to DOS.
