I was playing with ansi.sys (actually zansi.sys to be specific) and I noticed that while it was not being shown by MEM /A /P to be anywhere in memory (it was supposed to be loading high), when I booted without loading it, my total free conventional memory went down about 5k. Is this a bug in mem? Anyways, I do not like how MEM is very confusing in what it displays to the user. It likes to hide some drivers that are loaded while displaying others. Also, when I boot up, a little Geni inside my computer is apparently selecting which of my loading instructions to follow because it sometimes loads things where I tell it too and sometimes doesn't. Anyways, just wondering if anyone had any thoughts? :> paul
