I suppose ansi.com could be used in a pinch if my ansi.sys files were gone or command.com didn't ofer support for it to take care of software like nswp which manages disks nicely and nethack actually needs something more than ansi.sys to run since ansi.sys can't redefine function keys in nethack. Generally though screen emulators aren't normally found in command.com because it would probably have to be called command.exe before too much longer. jude
