Reply-to: jamesl AT albany DOT net Sender: owner-opendos AT mail DOT tacoma DOT net Precedence: bulk I am sure that Caldera has learned a great deal from the first release of OpenDOS, not the least of which is the HUGE demand for an alternative DOS. I hope that Caldera is setting up ftp mirrors this time - at least with ftp, you can recover an aborted download ( with the right ftp client and server ). To this end, Caldera could use a form at the end of their license agreement (which, to be sure, has been updated, or will be). The form could include fields for the users real name, e-mail address, and smail address, and could have the option of sending an e-mail to the user providing a username/password for ftp access, or directly downloading from a web site. Of course, this is just an idea. Jim jamesl AT albany DOT net http://www.albany.net/~jamesl/
