The only problem is that (1) Windoze doesn't detect that (pretty normal) eve though the ATIn commands report it's a Zoltrix, Rockwell-based modem, (2) Windoze can't take full advantage of the modem's speed - there's no .inf script for 33K - I have spotted the place where one defines the max speed... but it's encoded and no docs for it (M$....)
