Jeff, I'm hoping it will arrive sometime _before_ Friday.  Right now I know
just as much as the rest of you concerning WHEN this week it's going to
arrive.  There is documentation available (DOSBOOK.EXE) but it's just for
the OS, not the EMM386 API or the internals.
