Well, if OpenDOS EMM386 is better than QEMM then I'd either have to change my CONFIG.SYS (DOS 6.22 multiconfig) into irish stew, or else I'd have to be able to let OpenDOS use a different file such as CONFIG.OPD or something. If OpenDOS doesn't let me do that, then I'll... I'll..., I'll download the source code and change CONFIG.SYS to whatever I want!!!!!!!!!! Can you suggest a good free one that is text menu based like the MSDOS multiconfig? Any DOS program that screws up Windows '95 is merely getting revenge for all the times that it happens the other way around. Besides LFN support will be here before long. I don't use '95, but I would like to have LFN's in DOS because I'm a Linux nut now. > >> You can multi-task multiple applications via the TaskMgr interface. Perhaps someday WINE will be complete. :o) > I've had it running Windows For Work(less) Groups 3.11 w/network support > without any problems. Ya, I just deleted Whendoes for worthless groups. It was fun. I installed Scitech Display Doctor 5.3 from within WINE just to see if it would work. It did. It also trashed my SYSTEM.INI, WIN.INI, and AUTOEXEC.BAT files. I didn't have backups of the INI's so windows had to go. No big loss. Mike A.
