I can't help it if he's upset that he's not one of the "trusted few" that have the keys to the whole project (the geda admins group "owns" all the other groups, so has the ability to change their ownerships). However, you don't have to be in the admins group to even be an admin in the bug tracker groups, much less a regular member. Nothing he's complained about stops us from having lots of people working on bug reports or contributing code.
