Go to Digikey, under Connectors, Interconnects -> Barrel - Power

The "typical" power jack is 5.5mm OD and either 2.5mm or 2.1mm ID
depending on current needs.  There are many smaller and larger sizes
too.

Or, switch to USB micro-B instead, and take advantage of the myriad
cell phone chargers out there.
