I just spent some minutes trying to find such settings for my Gentoo box -- no success. Maybe there is something wrong with my pcb-20110918 -- curretly I am doing no pcb layout work. I can open $ pcb /usr/share/doc/pcb-20110918/tutorial/tut1.pcb seems to work fine. But pcb /usr/share/doc/geda-1.6.2/examples/lightning_detector/lightning.pcb gives me only an empty window.
