As the package manager offered both pcb and lepton-schematic, I decided to install those instead of my much older hand-built pcb and gschem applications. (I'm still using these ancient applications on and off for reasons of compatibility with another user here.) After a bit of searching I managed to get both applications running as usual(*) except for rather essential function: importing a .sch schematic into pcb. Even though the correct import::src0 path is specified, nothing happens when I choose File -> Import Schematics -> gschem, except this single CLI message(**): Could not open action file "/tmp/pcb.XXRMf2PY/gnetlist_output" What does this mean exactly? That I need to specify a netlister? I did find lepton-netlist, but I wouldn't know what to do with it. And oh, pcb's Message Log window doesn't say anything at all. So what is needed to restore this import functionality? I've been searching and trying for a couple of hours now, but with no result.
