It's just that many of the patches require some attention (like cross-checking the documentation) before merging, none of them appear to be critical, and context switches take nontrivial effort. So I postponed them until the next time I'd be working on the codebase anyway, which for various reasons has not happened yet. If you need them merged in a timely fashion, please let me know, and I'll prioritize allocating time for that. Roland
