 Nope, I get:
sch2pcb_find_element can't open dir "l?0[?": No such file or directory
 the first time I tested it.
 Any run after that seems to work.

$ lepton-sch2pcb -V
Lepton EDA/lepton-sch2pcb 1.9.18.20220529 (git: 8ddd812)

$ rm -rf ~/.cache/guile/ccache/2.2-LE-8-3.A/*
$ lepton-sch2pcb pwr.adp7142_5V.sch > log 2>&1

 gives me the log file:
