 Generally when reporting errors or warnings:
1st, tell us which file the problem appears in
2nd, show us the whole line with line number
3rd, point out the offending part

Like:
 In file "~/.gEDA/gsch2pcb": 
line 1, unsupported key "d": "d ."
line 2, unsupported key "d": "d /home/karl/git/openhw/share/pcb/"
line 3, unsupported key "d": "d /usr/local/share/pcb/pcblib-newlib/"
