I'm still not sure what you're asking about.  Pediwikia reads many
general words about this topic word in different contexts, mostly
without useful examples.

What's the `semantics' word does mean practically to you, in
person, in the gEDA context?  Could you elaborate a bit more on
this?  Just schematic/symbol attributes and their interpretation
in netlists?  Or something more?
